Handling and installation

• Keep the PVC film on visible faces until the final clean-down.
• Cut with blades suitable for stainless steel, then deburr before fixing.
• Dry-fit lengths to check joints and alignment.
• For wet areas, use compatible adhesives and sealants and finish with a neat bead.
• Where grain is visible, keep the orientation consistent across adjoining trims.
• Wipe down after grouting to prevent haze at the profile edge.

 

Ordering and delivery

Send your drawings, a cut list, and your finish choices. If you prefer, share room-by-room lengths or a simple sketch. The Steel Company will confirm the grade, profile size, and finish, then return a shop drawing and, if needed, small sample pieces for sign-off. Once approved, we book production and advise the schedule in your quote. 
Profiles are bundled and wrapped for transport. Visible faces keep their PVC film, ends are capped, and each length is labelled with profile type, size, and zone for quick placement on site. Nationwide delivery available.
